March 2010

Pakistan Engineering Council –
THK Solutions has succeeded in winning the entire Automation project for Pakistan Engineering Council after an intensive 5 month evaluation process that has helped the body recognize its professionalism, consultative approach and the ability to deliver a high end customized ERP solution that would address the needs of the council. A phased approach has been adopted, as in the first phase THK Solutions will deploy 4 modules which are of high significance over a period of 6 months and the remaining modules over the next 7 months. THK Solutions has dedicated a team of highly qualified professionals well versed in the technology arena and well suited to this undertaking.

April 2010

Allied Bank Limited-
Allied Bank Limited chose THK Solutions as their technology partner for the automation project within the Engineering Department. This automation will be done on the currently deployed Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services using 3rd party application NINTEX Workflow 2007. This automation of business processes will help Allied Bank’s Engineering Department to streamline its document flow and approval processes.

April 2010

AkzoNobel Pakistan-
THK Solutions in venture with Entellics Pakistan will jointly work on the deployment and automation of AkzoNobel Pakistan processes, this includes the migration of processes currently handled on LOTUS to MOSS 2007. THK Solutions will use NINTEX Workflow 2007 as the facilitator for developing and automating business processes.

SZABIST Job Fair-
THK Solutions participated in job fair held at SZABIST on 19th April. Freshers were provided with career guidance and counselling in order to make right choice for their future. A host of candidates were attracted to job openings and summer internship in THK Solutions.

NINTEX
THK Solutions has joined forces with NINTEX to conduit the Microsoft Sharepoint services with specific customer requirements in managing documentation. This partnership will help THK Solutions in catering to the complex workflows our Sharepoint customers have been looking for. By using NINTEX, THK Solutions is confident in winning more business by minimizing cost and time required for development purposes. In comparison to other workflow solution we believe NINTEX is the best in its breed with its sole dedication to Microsoft platform.

October 2009

SINDH Police in its endeavor to automate monitoring of court proceedings, has awarded the development of the product to THK Solutions. Initially to some towns, this product will connect all the stake holders increasing the process efficiency to a substantial level.

Sep 2009

Unilever has awarded Development of their B2B application, “Leverlink” to THK Solutions. This application would automate the correspondence between Unilever and its distributors.

June 2008

Media ERP - As an industry first, THK has successfully deployed the first module of its Media ERP for LOWE n Rauf in collaboration with LOWE Worldwide. The Module serves as the basis of all client servicing and Media, Print, Radio related airings and publications. It is the first of its kind integrated web-based solutions that caters to all internal and external business processes for the flourishing Media Industry in Pakistan.

British Petroleum OMAN - THK Solutions is proud to announce one of its first off-site international development and deployment for British Petroleum Oman. The system web-based system covers a crucial function for BP's global Health Safety and Environment (HSE) department.

	Employee of the Month Session at Lahore Camp Office Since December 2008, 38 employees have been awarded employee of the month for their superior performance. This particular session was arranged at HBL Lahore IT Center to recognize the efforts of Technology Support Engineers providing Branch level support to HBL.

	An employee picnic was arranged at a farm house, near Gadap. The staff enjoyed a cricket match, swimming and bar b.q. It was a good two day away from work relaxation.
	A night at Hawks Bay A picnic was arranged for staff at sea side on Hawks Bay, we all enjoyed the night stay and had a wonderful time playing football and cricket.

	An Annual get together of staff was arranged at Arena Reecreational and Sports complex on 12th December 2009. An interactive session was held in starlight hall where company objectives, HR initiatives and acheievements of year goneby were discussed by Mr. Umais Mulki, Mr. Umer Jamal and Mr. Anwer Matin. After the session and Hi Tea, employees enjoyed recreational activities like bowling, pool and paint ball shots. The day was called at 8:00 pm for a much deserved rest.
